The Carter County Commission Has Given A Thumbs Up, To Provide Funding To Non-Profits That Weren’t Included In This Year’s Budget. The Money Will Come From The Unassigned Fund Balance And Will Provide Much Needs Funds For Those 16 Agencies That Were Left Out. This Is Good News For Many Agencies That Can’t Depend Just On Grant Funding.
