A Tazewell County Virginia Grand Jury Has Indicted A Man On Over 200 Counts Porn Related Charges. Derek Ringstaff Is Charged With Grand Larceny, One Count Of Child Pornography And 234 Counts Of Possession Of Child Pornography. Tazewell County Sheriff Brian Hieatt Said This Has Been A Very Taxing Case And His Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Agents Have Worked With The Fbi To Bring It To A Close. Ringstaff Is Being Held In The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail In Haysi Without Bond.
