A Fatal Single Vehicle Crash In Smyth County Is Under Investigation. It Happened July 12th On Sugar Grove Road. A Motorcycle Traveling South Came Into A Curve And Ran Off The Right Side Of The Road Striking A Rock Cliff. The Driver Of The Motorcycle 70 Year Old Donald Lowman Of Sugar Grove Virginia Was Taken To The Hospital Where He Died Later That Day. The Virginia State Police Are Continuing The Investigation.
