Sheriff Keith Sexton Said Deputies Responded To Dulaney Road In Jonesborough Around Midnight. It Was Reported That A Man Had Allegedly Forced His Way Inside The Home And Threatened Two People With A Knife. Scalf Was Located In A Bathroom With One Of The Occupants. He Was Taken Into Custody Without Incident. His Bond Is Set At $71,000.
