Stout Resigned Last Month After He Self-Reported An Incident Involving Court Staff. The Resignation Will Go Into Effect Tomorrow. He Apologized To The County Commission At A Meeting Last Month. The Letter From Board Chair Dee David Gay Stated That A County Employee Walked In On Stout And A Deputy Court Clerk Engaged In Inappropriate Conduct In January. A New Person Will Be Appointed To The Bench Soon.
