Bluff City Police Said A Two Year Old Child Is In Stable Condition After Being Struck By A Truck. It Happened Last Night In A Parking Lot Near The Bluff City Boat Ramp. Its Unclear What Injuries The Child Suffered. More Information Is Expected To Be Released Later.
