The Bristol Virginia City Council Has Approved Two Small Tax Increases On Final Reading. It Will Cost You More To Light Up. City Leaders Upped The Tax On A Pack Of Cigarettes From 17 Cents To 25 Cents And Increased The Tax On Event Admissions To 7%. The Charges Will Go Into Effect On July 27th.
