A Greeneville Man Accused Of Firing A Gun At Another Man And Taking His Vehicle With Two People Inside Is Set To Appear In General Sessions Court Soon. A Man Told Greene County Deputies, He Came To Pick Up The Suspect, Jody Foulks. After A Verbal Argument, Foulks Allegedly Pulled A Gun And Pointed It At The Victim, Who Then Hit Foulks In The Head And Took Off Running. The Suspect Allegedly Fired A Shot At The Man And Took His Vehicle. Deputies Arrested Foulks A Short Time Later And Charged Him With Aggravated Assault And Carjacking. The Victim Was Also Charged With Felony Possession Of Meth.
