Meanwhile, 27 Year Old Benjamin Carter Of Red Onion Prison Is Charged With Aggravated Malicious Wounding In Connection With An Attack On Fellow Inmate James Lambert And 43 Year Old Daniel Chandler Is Charged With Abduction And Two Counts Of Strangulation In The Alleged Attack On Veronica Hylton. All Defendants Will Appear In Circuit Court Soon For Arraignment.
