Charges Are Pending Following An Assault At A Store In Greeneville. It Happened At Lee’s Food Mart On West Summer Street. After Reviewing Surveillance Footage, Deputies Observed A Fight Break Out Between Two Men With One Getting Assaulted And Becoming Unconscious And Stomped. The Victim Had To Be Transported To An Area Hospital And Received Stitches To His Face And Nose And Will Need To Have Surgery. The Assault Was Reportedly Over A Woman. The Investigation Is Continuing And Charges Are Pending.
