Timothy Hill Has Defeated Stacy Vaughn In The Republican Primary For The House District 3 Seat In Johnson County. It Also Includes The Counties Of Carter, Hawkins And Sullivan. Hill Will Now Face Democrat Lori Love In The August Special General Election. The Seat Became Available After Former Representative Scotty Campbell Resigned Following An Ethics Violation And Sexual Harassment Allegations. The Election Will Be Held August 3rd.
