The Scott County Sheriff’s Office Has Charged Larry Clasby With Felony Homicide, Possession And Distribution Of Heroin And Possession Of A Firearm. Deputies Performed Cpr On The Victim Who Was Found At The Travel Inn And Narcan Was Administered In Attempts To Save The Man’s Life. Clasby Is Being Held Without Bond.
