A Man Is Facing Charges After He Allegedly Threatened A Couple With A Sword At A Kingsport Motel. 31 Year Old Andrew Sboukis Is Charged With Two Counts Of Aggravated Assault. It Happened At The Westside Inn On West Stone Drive. The Victims Said A Man In An Adjacent Room Had Approached One Of Them With A Sword And Threatened To Kill Them. Sboukis Came Out Of His Room Holding The Sword While Police Were Talking To The Couple. He Was Arrested Without Incident.
