However, County Government Offices Will Be Closed Today In Observance Of Juneteenth. The County’s Budget Committee Will Meet After The Public Hearing To Discuss Any Changes To The County’s Proposed 54.9 Million General Fund Budget. County Commissioners Will Meet On Thursday To Consider The Proposed Budget, Which Calls For No Property Tax Hike. It Will Remain At $2.15 Per $100 Of Assessed Value. The Budget Committee Has Recommended A $2 An Hour Pay Increase For Most Employees.
