Kingsport Police Have Charged Two Adults And Five Juveniles In Connection With A String Of Vehicle Thefts And Auto Burglaries. The Crimes Took Place Over A Three Week Period On Watauga And Catawba Streets, Pineola Avenue, As Well As In The Ridgefields, Allandale, Cooks Valley And Highland Neighborhoods. 20 Year Old Kyle Moosman And 29 Year Old Dakota East Along With Five Juveniles Are Charged With Motor Vehicle Theft, Auto Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Evading Arrest And Assorted Weapons Law Violations. Nine Stolen Vehicles And 25 Auto Burglaries Have Been Linked To This Group. The Investigation Is Ongoing.
