The Abingdon Virginia City Council Has Approved Its 2023-24 Fiscal Year Budget On First Reading. The Current Fiscal Year Budget Is Nearly $200,000 To The Good, Which Means The New Spending Plan Calls For No Increase In The Property Tax Rate. The New Budget Is Expected To Be In Place By July 1st.
