Owners Don Campbell And Robert Brents Plan To Turn The Upper Level Into Condos And Loft Apartments. He Hopes The Main Level Will Become An Irish Pub, But Said Construction Materials And Cost Will Play Into The Final Determination. Work Is Expected To Be Completed By Christmas.
