A Man Accused Of Threatening A Female With An Ax Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court. 41 Year Old Richard Arwood Of Johnson City Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault. Sheriff Keith Sexton Said Officers Responded To The 300 Block Of Herb Hodge Road And Found Arwood Sitting With An Ax At His Feet. The Victim Said Arwood Allegedly Threatened To Kill Her With It And Broke Through A Bedroom Door With The Ax. Multiple Holes In The Floor And Walls Were Observed. Arwood Is Being Held Without Bond.
