It Happened At Tulips American Pub And Grub On East Oakland Avenue. 35 Year Old Patrick James Is Charged With Aggravated Assault. An Investigation Revealed That Two Males Got Into A Physical Altercation. One Male Punched Another Male Several Times And The Male Who Was Assaulted, Used A Knife To Cut The Other Males’ Throat. The Victim Was Taken To An Area Hospital For Treatment. His Condition Is Unknown. James Is Being Held On A $25,000.
