Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin Has Eliminated Degree Requirements For Nearly 90 Percent Of Virginia Government Jobs. The New Policy For The State Classified Positions Will Go Into Effect July 1st. Youngkin Said The Key Reform Will Expand Opportunities For Qualified Applicants Who Are Ready To Serve Virginians. It Will Give Equal Consideration To Applicants Who Have An Equivalent Combination And Level Of Training, Knowledge, Skills, Certifications And Experience As College Graduates.
