Joseph Hall Was Charged After The 17 Year Old Victim Reported She And Hall Shared A Residence When The Incident Allegedly Occurred. Hall Reportedly Confessed To Having A Consensual Relationship With The Victim. He’s Being Held On A $60,000 Bond And Is Due In Court At A Later Date.
