Several Residents Worry About Those Who Are Disabled Or Living On A Fixed Income. Mayor Neal Osborne Told The Crowd Last Night, This Is Basically Due To The Increase In Landfill Costs. City Leaders Also Increased The Meals And Lodging Taxes. Revenue From Those Will Go To The General Fund. The Next Budget Will Take Effect On July 1st.
