A Civil Complaint To Forfeit The Two Properties Has Been Unsealed In U.S. District Court On Grounds Both Properties Were Used To Commit Of Facilitate Acts Of Crime. Michael White Is Charged With The Felony Murder Of Officer Chandler. White Was Also One Of 19 People Charged In An Extensive Criminal Conspiracy To Traffic Narcotics. His Murder Trial Is Scheduled To Start June 12th.
