The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Is Continuing To Investigate A Reported Drive-By Shooting. It Happened At An Apartment Building On Grindstaff Avenue. Multiple Shell Casings Were Found On The Road In Front Of The Apartment. Damage Was Discovered To The Victim’s Apartment Door And Brick Siding As Well As The Victim’s Vehicle.
