A Carter County Grand Jury Has Indicted An Elizabethton Man In Connection With The Overdose Death Of A 16 Year Old Juvenile. 20 Year Old Jessie Felts Ii Is Charged With Second Degree Murder And Sale Of Schedule Two Drugs. The Teen Was Found Unresponsive By A Family Member On December 6th, 2022. An Autopsy Discovered The Teen’s Death Was Due To Fentanyl Intoxication. Investigators Allege Felts Sold The Narcotics To The Juvenile. Felts Will Be Arraigned In Criminal Court At A Later Date.
