A Jonesborough Man Is Accused In Two Robberies In Sullivan County. 60 Year Old Eddie Lee Arnold Is Charged With Two Counts Of Aggravated Robbery, Three Counts Of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, Resisting Arrest And Evading Arrest. Police Said Arnold Allegedly Entered A Home Through An Unlocked Door On Austin Powder Road In Blountville, Fired A Pistol Into The Floor And Demanded Items. The Suspect Allegedly Used A Device Similar To A Stun Gun On One Of The Victims Before Leaving In Their Vehicle. Arnold Then Allegedly Went To A Boat Ramp On Beulah Church Road And Took Another Vehicle At Gunpoint From Another Victim. A Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Officer Spotted Arnold Run Into The Woods And He Was Arrested After An Extensive Search. Arnold’s Bond Is Set At $10,000 And His Next Court Date Is May 16th.
