Smyth County Virginia Sheriff’s Deputies And Saltville Police Are Investigating A Shooting Incident. It Happened At A Home On Saltville Highway. Investigators Said When Officers Arrived On Scene, A Male Subject Was Found Suffering From A Gunshot Wound To The Chest. The Victim Was Transported To An Area Hospital For Treatment. Authorities Believe It Was An Isolated Incident, Which Remains Under Investigation.
