The East Tennessee State University’s Board Of Trustees Has Voted To Raise Tuition Rates By 3%. This Will Result In In-State Students Paying An Additional $138 Each. The Increase Will Support A Proposed 5% Pay Raise For Educators, Which Was Proposed By Governor Bill Lee.
