A Marion Virginia Man Accused In A Fatal Shooting Remains Held Without Bond In The Southwest Regional Jail In Abingdon. 32 Year Old Jack Andreshak Is Charged With First Degree Murder In The Death Of 39 Year Old Charles Wojciechowicz. Deputies Responded To Remington Lane Yesterday Morning Where They Found The Man Deceased From A Gunshot Wound. Marion Police Apprehended Andreshak A Short Time Later. The Motive For The Shooting Has Not Been Released. Andreshak Will Be Arraigned Soon In General District Court.
