A Virginia State Trooper, Who Was Arrested Over The Weekend In Norton, Has Been Placed On Administrative Leave. 29 Year Old Charles Parsons Is Charged With Misdemeanor Domestic Assault And Three Counts Of Assault On A Law Enforcement Officer. No Further Information Has Been Released Concerning The Incident. Parsons Is Being Held Without Bond And Will Be Video Arraigned Today. He Was Placed On Administrative Leave Without Pay Pending The Outcome Of The Criminal Investigation.
