A Gray Tennessee Man Is Facing Charges After Allegedly Leaving The Scene Of An Accident In Washington County Tennessee. Authorities Said A White Truck Was Stuck In A Ditch On Hog Hollow Road. The Vehicle Drove Away, But Deputies Were Able To Locate It Due To A Trail Of Debris It Left Behind. The Truck Was Located And The Driver, 23 Year Old Matthew Sinkes, Was Found Intoxicated And A Loaded Handgun Was Observed In The Vehicle. He’s Charged With Failure To Report An Accident With Damage, Dui 1st Offense And Going Armed While Intoxicated. He Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon And His Bond Is Set At $2,500.
