A Marion Virginia Man Accused In A Shooting Incident That A Left One Person Injured, Remains Behind Bars Without Bond. Officers Responded To A Shooting Incident At A Business On North Main Street, Where One Victim Was Found And 36 Year Old Michael Tad Milligan Was Taken Into Custody. The Victim Is Listed In Stable Condition. Milligan Is Charged With Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted Felon, Maliciously Shooting Into An Occupied Vehicle And Discharging A Firearm In Public. The Commonwealth Attorney Will Decide If Additional Charges Will Be Placed.
