Johnson City Police Have Arrested Two People For Allegedly Starting A Fire At A City Motel. It Happened This Morning At Home 2 Suites Located On Hart Drive. Dakota Tarlton And Michael Mumpower, Both From Johnson City, Are Charged With Aggravated Arson. Authorities Said The Fire Was Caused By Rags That Were Lit Inside Room 221 And Then Placed On Both Doors Of The Room. The Two Are Being Held On A $15,000 Bond Each And Will Be Arraigned Today In General Sessions Court.
