The Johnson City Commission Has Approved The Keebler Annexation Project. City Leaders Passed On First Reading, New Zoning Categories For The Annexation And Open Space Requirements For Certain Single-Family Developments. They Also Approved A Measure On Second Reading To Allow Developers More Flexibility In Lot Sizes. The Two New Measures Will Affect Future Developments In The City As Well As The Keebler Annexation. Final Approval Is Expected Sometime In May.
