Kingsport Police Vice Detectives Has Arrested A U.S. Postal Service Mail Carrier On Several Drug Related Charges. 44 Year Old Joshua Honaker Of Blountville Is Charged With Driving While In Possession Of Meth And Simple Possession Of Meth And Oxycodone. The Vice And Narcotics Unit Was Conducting Surveillance On Honaker When They Allegedly Observed Him Using Drugs While Sitting In His Mail Truck. Honaker Will Be Arraigned In General Sessions Court.
