Ground Has Been Broken On A New Veterans Park In Blountville. Sullivan County Leaders Broke Ground On Thursday For The Project On Highway 394. The Park Will Feature Monuments From The Last Four Centuries In A Labyrinth Design And A Walking Path. Officials Hope The Majority Of The Work Will Be Done By The End Of The Summer.
