The Man Charged In A Crash That Killed Four People On I-81 In Kingsport Has Been Discharged From The Hospital And Is Now In Jail. 60 Year Old Saul Carrera Is Charged With Four Counts Vehicular Homicide By Intoxication, Reckless Aggravated Assault, And Other Charges After A Crash Sunday That Killed Four And Injured One. Police Report The Injured 17 Year Old Is Still In The Hospital But His Condition Has Imporved To Stable And He Appears To Be On The Road To Recovery.
