Authorities Said She Was Observed In The Parking Lot Of The Detention Center Acting Erratically. An Investigation Alleged Martinov Stole The Medication For Personal Use. She Was Evaluated And Booked Into The Jail. She Has A Court Appearance This Afternoon.
