A Greeneville Woman Is Facing Sexual Assault Charges Involving A Teen. The Greeneville Police Department Arrested 24 Year Old Angela Owens With Statutory Rape. A Witness Called Police After Observing Inappropriate Behavior Between Owens And The 15 Year Old Boy. Owens Reportedly Admitted To It And Is Being Held In The Greene County Detention Center. She Will Be Arraigned Soon In General Sessions Court.
