According To The Virginia Department Of Environmental Quality Has Announced A Negotiated Settlement Has Been Entered For Court Approval, Concerning The Bristol Virginia Landfill. According To DEQ, Bristol Is Required To Pay $92,000 Within 30 Days For Reimbursement To The Virginia Environmental Emergency Response Fund. In Addition, The City Is Also Expected To Complete Several Actions By Specified Dates. The Negotiated Settlement Will Now Be Sent The Federal Court For Final Disposition.
