The TBI has arrested an Erwin man accused of sending and receiving images of child sexual abuse material. Stewart Lee Mosher is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and solicitation of sexual exploitation of a minor. TBI agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Mosher was arrested at his home on Valley View Drive in Erwin. His bond is set at $100,000.
