Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin will pay a visit to Abingdon and Bristol virginia today. His first stop will be at Virginia High School at 10 am this morning for a fentanyl listening session with students. He will then hold a ceremonial bill signing event at 1:30 in Bristol Virginia at the energy Delta lab at the Virginia Highlands small business incubator.
