It Has Now Cleared Both The House And Senate. The Measure Was Introduced By Senator Jon Lundberg And Representative Bud Hulsey. Incumbents Would Not Have To Undergo The Psychological Examination To Run For Re-Election. The Bill Now Heads To The Desk Of Governor Bill Lee For His Signature.
