A Post Conviction Relief Hearing Is Underway Today In Washington County Tennessee Criminal Court For A Johnson City Man Who Is On Death Row. Howard Hawk Willis Is Seeking A New Trial Claiming His Constitutional Rights Were Violated. Willis Was Sentenced To Die For The Murders Of 17 Year Old Adam Chrismer And 16 Year Old Samantha Leming Chrismer, Both Of Georgia. Their Bodies Were Found In A Storage Facility In Downtown Johnson City In October 2002. The Hearing Is Expected To Last Several Days.
