A Boil Water Notice Has Been Issued For Parts Of Russell County Virginia. Customers Who Live In The Sun, Hamlin And Hanging Rock Area Who Are On The Castlewood Waterworks System, Are Being Asked To Boil Their Water For At Least A Full Minute Before Using It For Drinking Or Cooking. The Russell Public Service Authority Says Low Storage Tank Levels And An Empty Water Main Led To The Boil Water Notice.
