A Mosheim Man Is Facing Arson Charges. A Fire Occurred At A Home On Carpenters Chapel Road When The Owner Discovered Smoke Coming Out Of The Residence. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office Said 25 Year Old Jacob Bailey Was Observed Coming From Around The Back Of The Home. He Claimed To Have Squatted At The Home In The Past And Was Burning Clothes Inside The House To Keep Warm Due To Having An Open Wound On His Hip He Was Treating. The Home Sustained Smoke Damage From The Fire. Earlier In The Week, The Homeowner Reported A Burglary. Its Not Clear If The Two Are Connected.
