The Erwin Board Of Mayor And Aldermen Has Made It Official By Limiting The Number Of Off Site Beer Sale Permits. The Recently Approved Ordinance Allows For 12 Permits, Which Is Two Per 1,000 Residents. Erwin Currently Has 16 Businesses With Off-Site Permits, With Four Of Those Being Grandfathered In. Meanwhile, Town Leaders Delayed Votes On Two Proposed Ordinances That Would Ban The Construction Of Tiny Homes And Campgrounds Within The Town Limits. The Two Ordinances Will Be Discussed At A Work Session On March 7th.
