The Body Of A Missing Buchanan County Virginia Man Has Been Found In A Creek In In The Lester’s Fork Area Of The County. Kenneth Ray Payne Had Been Missing Since February 18th. The Virginia State Police Bureau Of Criminal Investigation Is Assisting The Sheriff’s Office, But No Foul Play Is Suspected At This Time. The Body Has Been Sent To The Medical Examiner’s Office In Roanoke For An Autopsy. The Investigation Is Continuing.
