An Investigation By The Johnson City Police Department Has Led To The Arrest Of A Man For Vehicle Theft. Matthew Hartley Reportedly Admitted To Investigators He Had Stolen A Utility Vehicle From A Worksite In The Area Of Eddie Williams Road. Hartley Was Arrested And Is Being Held On A $5000 Bond He Is Set To Be Arraigned Friday Morning.
