A Narcotics Investigation By The Special Operations Unit Of The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Has Resulted In The Arrest Of Three People. Following A Traffic Stop On I-81 Near I-26 On February 15th 24 Year Old Morgan Haley Vermillion, 49 Year Old Sandra Marie Vermillion Both Of Mount Carmel And 34 Year Old Danny Justin Ely Of Kingsport Were All Arrested. Deputies Reportedly Found 12.5 Grams Of Heroin, 2.75 Grams Of Fentanyl And Multiple Other Drugs And Paraphernalia. All Are Facing Multiple Charges Morgan Vermillion And Danny Ely Are Being Held On A 25,000 Bond. Sandra Vermillion Was Released After Posting Her Bond.
